Yes. All Karman incorporation packages include the ACRA government registration fee of S$315. For corporate secretary and accounting plans, any required government filing fees are included in the stated price.
Corporate secretary and accounting plans are billed annually. There is no multi-year lock-in — you can switch or cancel at renewal time. Incorporation is a one-time fee with no recurring commitment unless you add a secretarial plan.
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST at the prevailing rate (currently 9%) applies to invoices for Singapore-registered clients where applicable.
Yes. If your needs change — for example, you need to upgrade from Essential to Professional corporate secretary — we can adjust your plan and prorate the difference. Contact your relationship manager to discuss.
Yes. We regularly onboard existing companies switching from another provider or self-managing their compliance. The transfer is straightforward — we update ACRA records to reflect Karman as your filing agent and secretarial firm. There are no disruptions to your company's compliance status during the transition.
No setup fee for switching. We will review your company's current compliance status, identify any outstanding filings, and provide a clean handover report — all included in your first year's fee.
