Singapore citizens and PRs use their NRIC. Foreign founders must provide a valid passport. Certified true copies may be required for overseas directors.
Prepare 2–3 name options in order of preference. Names that are identical or similar to existing companies, or that contain reserved words, may be rejected by ACRA.
Decide how shares will be split between shareholders before you start. Changes after incorporation require a formal resolution and ACRA filing.
